Hello! I’m Rebecca.
I build learning programs that help people get confident, capable, and ready to use what they learn on Monday morning.
With 20+ years in learning and development, I lead training and enablement for complex fintech and enterprise software, and I’m now helping my organization move from having AI tools to using them well. That includes AI Essentials curricula for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude, an AI Champion network that lets teams teach each other, and an ROI calculator that shows where AI is saving time.
I’m equal parts strategist, storyteller, and problem solver (with a healthy love of spreadsheets and clean storyboards).
